Paddy Kutz

Paddy KutzPaddy Kutz is the Executive Director of Mental Health America of Licking County and has been with the agency since March 1981.

She attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and taught secondary education in Illinois and Mississippi before moving to Belfast, Northern Ireland for four and a half years.

Paddy is a member of the Board of Trustees for Mental Health America, is a past member of the Board of Trustees at the Ohio State University-Newark having served for nine years including two years as Chair of the Board, is past president of the 20th Century Club, is past president of Kiwanis Club of Newark, received the 1994 Woman of Achievement Award, Associate Member of Twig 14, sits on the Human Relations Commission for the City of Newark, former member of the Licking County Jail Ministries Board, is a graduate of Leadership Tomorrow, is past president of the American Society of Mental Health Association Professionals and received the national Mental Health America Staff of the Year Award in 1996, received the 2001 NAACP Human & Civil Rights Award, the 2001 Rotary 4-Way Test Award, the 1983 Service to Mankind Award, the 2002 Cy Ransopher Mental Health Vision Award, a Veterans Appreciation Award in 2006, and Newark City Schools Distinguished Service Award in June 2008.

Mrs. Kutz and her husband, Dave have four children, six grandchildren, and reside in Newark, Ohio.
